How we collect your personal data


We collect your personal data from you through 'isober' application > 'profile' tab.

What types of personal data do we collect


We do not collect more information than we need to fulfill our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than is necessary. The types of personal data we collect and share depend on the nature of your relationship with us and the requirements of applicable laws.

We collect personal data which may include:

* Account creation information – Alcohol breathalyzer users who want to register on iSOBER Application should provide personal information such as email address to create an account.

* Profile information - The users who want to submit on iSOBER Application can provide personal information such as Name, Address, Phone number.

* Breathalyzer usage record - The users who want to submit on iSOBER Application connected with a breathalyzer provide personal information such as location, captured image, test result and breathalyzer information

The information we ask for is necessary for the purposes described in this notice. It might affect the stated purposes if you don’t provide the personal information we ask for.

How we use your personal data

We may process personal data for the following purposes:


* A/S purpose – Address, phone number, and email address are used for breathalyzer management purposes only

* Backup purpose - If a user loses record data, it can be restored from the server.  


Legal basis for processing your personal data


The legal basis for the processing of your personal information is your consent, legal obligation, performance of a contract and/or any other applicable legal basis, such as our legitimate interest in engaging in commerce, offering products and services including websites.

Who do we share your personal data with 


Sentech Korea Company may share your personal information to nobody. 

We may also share or disclose your information when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect the rights, property or safety of individual; to protect our rights, property or safety; to maintain security.


How do we transfer your personal data internationally

We will not store any of your personal data you provide to us outside of the European Economic Area.


How long do we keep your personal data for

We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes. 

We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
